MODIFIED +1,094 −455 Annex III LIST OF SUBSTANCES WHICH COSMETIC PRODUCTS MUST NOT CONTAIN EXCEPT SUBJECT TO THE RESTRICTIONS LAID DOWN§
applies from: unknown (the text changed beyond its dates, so no date that moved can be read as the application date)
dates added to the text: 2022-08-21, 2022-11-21
A new introductory footnote sentence has been added describing dates of 21 August 2022 and 21 November 2022 for placing on and making available on the Union market cosmetic products containing an unspecified substance that does not comply with restrictions.
In the entry concerning water-soluble zinc salts, the cross-reference to zinc pyrithione was changed from citing entry 101 and Annex V, entry 8, to citing Annex II, entry X, and a line break was inserted after the phrase naming zinc acetate.
The remainder of the annex, including the extensive substance tables, appears unchanged between the two versions, and the text provided is truncated before its end so any further differences cannot be described.
