Two new definitions were inserted for restructuring and insolvency proceedings, referencing Directive (EU) 2019/1023 and Regulation (EU) 2015/848 respectively.
The definition of approval now adds that it does not concern the accuracy of the information given in the prospectus.
The former definition of durable medium in point (z) was replaced with a new definition of electronic format that refers to point (62a) of Article 4(1) of Directive 2014/65/EU.
