Amendments to Regulation (EC) No 1099/2009
Regulation (EC) No 1099/2009 is amended as follows:
(1) In Article 2, point (q) is replaced by the following:
(q) competent authorities means competent authorities as defined in point (3) of Article 3 of Regulation (EU) 2017/… 2017/625 of the European Parliament and of the Council
