Sources disagree, and there is no text on either side — the amending act's instructions found this change; the text comparison finds no difference in the provision's text and the EU's own amendment metadata does not list it. All are shown; none is overruled.

No explanation shipped — the structural diff did not see this change, so it carries no text; another signal named the unit and the disagreement ships marked disputed.

Amended by Regulation (EU) 2019/2115 32019R2115

applies from: unknown (the text changed beyond its dates, so no date that moved can be read as the application date)

dates added to the text: 2016-02-26, 2020-09-01

Two new paragraphs, 12 and 13, have been added to the article, addressing liquidity contracts entered into by issuers of financial instruments admitted to trading on an SME growth market.

Paragraph 12 sets out conditions for such a liquidity contract, including compliance with the criteria in paragraph 2 and with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/908, use of a Union template referred to in paragraph 13, authorisation and registration of the liquidity provider, and written acknowledgement by the market operator or investment firm running the SME growth market, together with an ongoing demonstration and disclosure obligation regarding the contract.

Paragraph 13 requires ESMA to develop draft regulatory technical standards for a contractual template for liquidity contracts under paragraph 12 and to submit them to the Commission by 1 September 2020, with power delegated to the Commission to adopt them under Articles 10 to 14 of Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010; none of this appears in the earlier version of Article 13.
