Article 5
Conversion rates for rice
The Commission may adopt implementing acts:
(a) acts fixing the conversion rates for rice at various stages of processing, the processing costs and the value of by-products;
(b) adopting all necessary measures regarding the application of conversion rates for rice. processing.
Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 229(2).
