in force 2021-12-07 MODIFIED+394 −116§
Amended by Regulation (EU) 2021/2117 32021R2117
applies from: unchanged
In Part I, point (d), the entry for CN code 0714 now excludes sweet potatoes of subheading 071420 and Jerusalem artichokes of subheading ex07149090, whereas the earlier text listed sweet potatoes and Jerusalem artichokes among the roots and tubers covered.
Part IX now carries an added statement that the fruit and vegetables sector includes swedes, adds separate entries for CN codes 071420 (sweet potatoes) and ex07149090 (Jerusalem artichokes), and narrows the exclusion list under ex0709 to name genus Pimenta specifically under ex07096099 and to drop the prior exclusion of 07099960.
Part XII gains a new point (e) covering CN code ex22029919, described as other de-alcoholised wine with an alcoholic strength by volume not exceeding 0,5 % vol, which did not appear in the earlier text, and the truncated remainder of both texts leaves further differences in the Other Products section unreadable.
