The provision now identifies Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/715 of 18 December 2018, on the framework financial regulation for bodies set up under the TFEU and Euratom Treaty and referred to in Article 70 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046, as the instrument that the Authority's financial rules may not depart from, replacing the earlier reference to Commission Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 2343/2002 of 19 November 2002.

Financial rules
The financial rules applicable to the Authority shall be adopted by the Management Board after consulting the Commission. Those rules may not depart from Commission Delegated Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 2343/2002 (EU) 2019/715
