Not in every listWhat this means
Found in the text, but not every source lists it — the text comparison and the EU's own amendment metadata found this change; the amending act's instructions do not mention it. The source that does not name it is the amending act's instructions. All are shown; none is overruled.
Explanation, written by a model and checked against the cited text
The provision now begins with a general rule that the Joint Committee may establish sub-committees for preparing draft joint positions and common acts, whereas the earlier version opened with the establishment of a Sub-Committee on Financial Conglomerates under Article 56, a rule that now appears later as paragraph 4.
The description of the chairperson changed from being elected from among the sub-committee's members and sitting as a member of the Joint Committee, to being elected from among representatives of the relevant competent authorities and sitting as an observer in the Joint Committee.
A new paragraph 5 has been added requiring the Joint Committee to make public on its website all established Sub-Committees, including their mandates and a list of their members with their respective functions.
