The later version adds four new footnote-style statements, each providing that from 1 May 2019 cosmetic products containing a given substance and not complying with the restrictions shall not be placed on the Union market, and from 1 August 2019 such products shall not be made available on the Union market.
These four statements do not appear in the earlier version of the annex, which stops after the equivalent statements for peanut oil and hydrolyzed wheat proteins.
